Fern Johnson

Fern is a dynamic technology and business executive with over 30 years of experience within a fast-paced Fortune 50 organization. In her last role, she served as CTO Vice President, leading IT infrastructure and end-user experience across sectors globally. She has extensive experience leading global delivery management, technical operations transformational programs, and organizational leadership. Inspires and leads diverse teams, organizations, and partners to define and deliver business value against strategic transformative vision with consistent execution and efficiency at world-class scope and scale.  Fern championed Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives, earning three Chairman's Awards. She holds a BA from Pace University and serves on several boards, including the Dallas Museum of Art. An avid traveler and foodie, Fern resides in Frisco, TX.
