Dr. April Willis holds a Doctorate and three Master’s degrees (MBA and two MEds), has published two books on achieving academic and professional success, and offers a scholarship for graduating seniors that is now in its 8th year. She has worked at the campus, district, and state levels of education and has been a member of the Forbes Coaches Council for three years. She owns April Willis Consulting where her team supports clients across the country with operational strategy & execution. She is also the founder of the National Nonprofit Collaborative, an organization aimed at elevating collective impact.

Dr. Willis is very active in her community as she is an Ambassador with the Chamber, a member of the Southlake Women's Club, a leader with the Southlake Rotary Club, a member of the Junior League of Dallas, a member of the Timarron Country Club, an avid athlete with Camp Gladiator, and in the Leadership Southlake Class of 2025. She's been named as one of the top 15 female business coaches in the US by Women's Journal and was recently featured on the cover of CEO Weekly.
